It's coming, it's coming

I am dying to post about our "vacation" up North and exactly what I think of camping out, but--suffice it to say that I am still recovering and am to tired to do it. Tomorrow we are going to Haifa to see the sites there and Tuesday we are volunteering at a soup kitchen in Jerusalem.

I do have LOTS to say--I'll try to get to it within the next few days. In the meantime, here's a preview picture to hold you over:

I'll be back soon.

Glad you had an exciting time! By the time you post your vacation, we'll be off on ours. Enjoy Haifa. Last time I was there we were lost in our car, because we were trying to drive down the coast of Israel and we got lost in some Haifa neighborhood somehow. Ended up at a dead end at the Bahai Temple...

Hi Leora.
That is exactly what happened to us recently. We tried to stay on the coastal highway but got thrown into a Haifa neighborhood whose name I can't recall. We also saw signs for the Bahai Gardens (?) So we made the best of it and had dinner then put our toes into the Mediterranean when we finally got our bearings somewhere south of Haifa by sundown. It was a great day.

We're going by train, so hopefully we won't get lost.
