We ...Sounds like you guys had a really great time.
We spent Yom Tov in the 5 Towns. It was raining steadily for a day and a half. The weather only cleared up for a few hours this afternoon.SuperRaizyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06742653185025562286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5763532437435602439.post-37120288306177253022010-03-31T10:23:56.925-07:002010-03-31T10:23:56.925-07:00That transition is weird, isn't it? This year is the first year we all did just one Seder together. Talk about wholeness!

Today we spent the day with old friends, walking around the shuk and sharing a semi-festive meal and memories.

Who knows about tomorrow? I hear that Udi Davidi may be playing Hevron...rutimizrachihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06809119908148195009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5763532437435602439.post-87373781015065386032010-03-31T05:43:13.861-07:002010-03-31T05:43:13.861-07:00The second year after I made aliya, I went back to...The second year after I made aliya, I went back to the US for Pesach, and my dad wasn't living in Israel yet (my mom was). My mom and I sat through the second seder, sang along and everything (though we had to skip some brachot), and then went down to play on the computer/watch tv. It was kind of surreal. Much nicer now that the whole hamula is in Israel, though only some of my siblings made it to seder at the folks.

Vacation is... well, my husband is doing what he loves best - he's at a juggling festival with our daughter (2.5), but my son and I are home... It's a weird situation...Leah Goodmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16546935038863589318noreply@blogger.com
